US Men’s Soccer Positioning Themselves For First World Cup With Latest Move

2030 has the potential to be really special.

And that’s because Mauricio Pochettino, the current manager of the U.S. men’s national team, has inked a new deal to carry on in his role, according to an announcement Monday morning from U.S. Soccer.

The new contract for Pochettino will run through the 2030 FIFA World Cup. Toni Jiménez, Jesus Perez and Miguel D’Agostino, longtime assistants, are staying on the skipper’s coaching staff, while newer members Silvia Tuyà and Sebastian Pochettino will also remain.
