Dundee City Council leader Mark Flynn has gone public with his concerns that changes to the UK government’s Tay Cities fund might mean that Dundee ends up worse off.
Last week he said he’d written to Labour’s Scottish Secretary Douglas Alexander to seek clarity.
Then, on Tuesday, there were fears raised that the SNP Scottish government at Holyrood were going to snub the Dundee & Angus College transformation plan – despite the first minister and his deputy previously saying it was “fantastic” and “excellent”.
And the response from our leader Mr Flynn has been…an embarrassed silence.
