Ever since the Trump administration’s military intervention in Venezuela, I have been brooding over how best to translate the phrase the "Trump Corollary” into Japanese.
“Corollary” can be translated as “kiketsu” (consequence) or “hosoku” (supplementary provision), but neither makes any sense in the intended context.
