By the time you’ve reached the interview stage for a job, you’ve probably started imagining yourself in the role.

While this can be exciting, it can also lead to disappointment if you later find out that the interview was unsuccessful. No doubt, you’re left wondering what went wrong.


If your efforts during an interview don’t result in a job offer, it’s important to maintain confidence and keep in mind that your achievements, skills and experiences have still been recognised and viewed with positivity. It’s also your opportunity to find out why you fell short and how you might be able to develop your skills or interview technique.

Unfortunately, 59 per cent of job seekers don’t receive feedback after an interview*. Recruiters are often under pressure filling multiple roles, which means their time and resources are usually too limited to provide........
