Cumbria's Helen Skelton officially returned to our screens last night in Coastal Adventures on Channel 5.

The mum-of-three has been a mainstay on British television for several years now, featuring on Morning Live alongside Gethin Jones.

For months, reports have circulated about Skelton and Jones, with neither confirming nor denying certain rumours about a relationship.

But recently, Helen shared a gushing social media post about her co-star Gethin following the pair's roller disco endurance challenge for Comic Relief.
