Calls to scrap stamp duty for main homes in Wales are set to be debated in the Senedd.

Welsh Conservative MSs are urging the Welsh Labour Government to abolish Land Transaction Tax on primary residences in Wales, bringing it in line with a UK Conservative pledge to scrap stamp duty in England.

The Welsh Conservatives argue that the move would support younger people who are currently priced out of home ownership.
