Disgraced rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of leading the brutal gang rape of a Bay Area woman in an Orinda apartment in a lawsuit seen by SFGATE and first reported by TMZ this week.
The extensive and graphic lawsuit alleges that Combs and his entourage, including two unnamed men and a friend of Combs’ named Shane Pearce, raped the woman at Pearce’s home in Orinda. The 63-page complaint, which includes a trigger warning on the first page for containing “highly graphic information,” details a string of events that allegedly started with a fight at a bar and ended with the violent rape of the East Bay woman.
