It’s been quite the roller coaster for the San Francisco 49ers and star Christian McCaffrey as he’s dealt with a pesky Achilles injury. On NFL Network’s “Good Morning Football” show on Friday, insider Ian Rapoport gave the most hopeful update we’ve heard yet about McCaffrey’s return to action.
