An East Bay high school football team has forfeited five games this season after it admitted to fielding ineligible players during several wins.

Bay Area News Group’s Joseph Dycus reported last Saturday that El Cerrito High School Principal Malcolm Norrington sent an email blast that announced the school would forfeit five wins because the football team had fielded ineligible players.
