Signs of life are returning to the vacant space on 2140 Market St. that once housed Lucky 13, a legendary San Francisco dive bar that shuttered during the pandemic. 

According to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, a business called Silver Apple LLC applied for a Type 42 license at the property, which would allow operators to sell wine and beer.
