The weather in the Bay Area this weekend is expected to be a rainy mess, and the 49ers’ battle for the No. 1 seed in the NFC against the Seahawks on Saturday will not be spared.
The National Weather Service forecasts that winds could reach as high as 30 mph, and expects an 90% chance of rain in the evening — a percentage that is rising, as it was an 80% chance on Friday morning — around when kickoff is expected to happen in the Santa Clara area where Levi’s Stadium resides.
