Remembrance Day resources at the library

Each year, on November 11, we pause to remember all those who served and sacrificed for their country. The library offers an extensive collection of print and digital resources to help you discover more about the men and women we honour on Remembrance Day.

Learn more about the contributions and sacrifices of citizens from Brantford, County of Brant, and Six Nations in the library’s digital archives. View photos of local regiments, factory workers making war supplies, and the H.M.C.S. Brantford corvette ship. In addition, special editions of local newspapers published during both world wars provide a unique perspective of local life during wartime.
