Judge Diamond says Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner's filing is "frivolous" and generates "more heat than light."

A federal judge referred Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner and one of his deputies to the Department of Justice for potential prosecution for alleged misconduct. In response, Krasner's office filed a motion seeking to force the Judge--Paul Diamond--from a case involving his office.
