Anthropic files its record-setting IPO
The Claude maker recently closed a $65 billion funding round and is racing rival OpenAI to a Wall Street debut as soon as this fall

On Monday, the AI company submitted a confidential IPO prospectus to the Securities and Exchange Commission, a move that could pave the way for one of the most significant public listings in market history.
