Subconscious Thoughts About Life and Beyond

I have been interacting with the subconscious of individual patients for the past two decades. Most of my patients are between 8 and 24 years old. I have been able to engage in full conversations with the subconscious of about a tenth of these patients through talking or typing. Typically, our discussions involve how to best help the patients deal better with their physical or mental health challenges.

On infrequent occasions, these conversations have turned to spiritual or existential matters, given the patients’ interest in such topics. Learning how to cope better with stress related to existential questioning usually helps improve their mental health.
