A New Way to Cope With Stress

The last few years have seen a significant increase in the number of employees experiencing high levels of stress and being at risk of burnout. We know that this is an issue across all industries and genders; however, research also shows that the impact on women is particularly severe. Our recent research, The Voice of Women At Work 2023, found that 81 percent of women have experienced increased levels of stress in the past 18 months, and 78 percent have felt burnt out. It’s vital that we find new ways to cope with stress.
