I am writing to address a frustrating and all-too-common trend that I have noticed along my road this spring. The sight of bright green biodegradable poop bags being tossed into the bushes. For some dog owners, I guess they believe that bagging the waste is their only requirement and that leaving it behind for others to look after is acceptable. I am not sure who these so-called devoted dog lovers believe will be gathering the discarded poop bags, maybe a doggie poop fairy.
