You don’t always get what you thought you paid for

He described the document prepared by Toronto consulting firm Bannikin Travel and Tourism as “boilerplate.” A little harsh perhaps, but not far from wrong.
The 56-page glossy presentation was full of pretty pictures and colourful graphs, but little else that couldn’t apply to almost any other city, town or area in the province. As I read it, I was mentally filling in the blanks. For “Peterborough” insert “Collingwood” or “Orillia” or “Goderich” or “Kitchener” … well, you get the idea.
Where would the seven strategies outlined for Peterborough not apply?
Where would Bannikin not recommend that there always be something for the visitor to do? Or the community not be “the leading host for........
