Why, despite an agreement with both the county and Cavan Monaghan Township that any release of information would be joint, you felt compelled to unilaterally issue a press release disclosing a meeting with a provincially appointed facilitator to discuss options for the future growth of the area had just taken place.

You know better than most the importance of these discussions, having unequivocally promised when you were running for office four years ago to annex 4,000 acres from the township into the city in a matter of months.

It is frankly a bit late to try to keep that promise, even if you are running again and........
