Two informative, entertaining, community oriented libraries make up the Trent Lakes library system. CEO Andreanne Landry leads the staff made up of Shelby Amodeo, library assistant, Marianne Burnie, library technician, JoAnne O’Heron, library assistant, and Sue Warren, branch manager at the Cavendish Library.

Presently the library is raising funds for mobile shelf units. In November, Marie Windover was part of their speaker series. Finding space for everyone was difficult. They realized if mobile shelves were available for the DVD collection they could move shelves and have more space.

A need was discovered and volunteers from the Chat ‘n Craft group provided a suggestion for fundraising. Members of this group crochet or knit while discussing various issues. An Afghan was created with each member providing a strip for the blanket. It is being raffled off. Tickets can be bought........
