Every once in a while, I get invited to go to a restaurant that is new to me, and I always welcome an opportunity to explore somewhere unfamiliar. Recently, I was asked to go to breakfast at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House.

Not only did they have coupons available, but my fellow foodies have been whispering about this place for sometime. The restaurant chain has two locations in Peterborough at 1154 Chemong Rd.........
