Square Plates Family Restaurant in East City showcases affordable meals and a rich history

There is a small, classic diner known as the Square Plates Family Restaurant in East City at 836 Armour Rd.

It was opened in 1936 by Gordon and Verna Agnew and purchased by chef Goran Varga in 2005. Square Plates has a welcoming banquet-style atmosphere, with seating for approximately 40 guests.

A long communal table positioned in the centre of the dining room can comfortably accommodate around 20 people.

The restaurant offers a basic decor with royal purple........
