As a local, I attended high school at Peterborough Collegiate Vocational School. After school, my friends and I would always hang out downtown.

Riley’s Pub was the cool hangout spot where we could get good food. The restaurant, located at 251 George St. N, serves pub food and has an extensive bar selection for adults. It is beautiful with the large windows overlooking George Street, the mix of wooden and brick walls, the private booths, mirrors and lights.
