Six authors to launch anthology at Take Cover Books

“Six Lives, Many Stories,” an anthology edited by Peterborough writer Murray MacAdam, will be launched on Thursday, April 23, from 7 to 9 p.m., at Take Cover Books, 59 Hunter St. E.

The essays by Pramila Aggarwal, Lynne Brennan, Doreen Fumia, Alan Herbert, Murray MacAdam and Caroline Tennent explore past and present memories, and are captivating tales based in India, Nigeria, Italy, Israel, the Arctic and elsewhere. The writers, all part of MacAdam’s online memoir-writing workshops, will interview MacAdam at the launch about the memoir-writing process.

Murray MacAdam is a writer, teacher, and social activist who has written or co-authored seven books including his memoir, “Catch A Fire.” He has taught memoir classes since 2016, both in person and online and also helps students complete their memoirs.
