The Primrose Donkey Sanctuary is holding a fundraiser, Flowers for Donkeys on Sunday, May 3 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the sanctuary, located at 1296 Bowmanton Rd. Roseneath.

Potted geraniums and begonias will be available for purchase. You can also meet the animals, learn about them and enjoy some refreshments. And there will be music by David Seale.

There is no admission charge, but donations will be gratefully accepted. Charitable tax receipts will be available. 

Money raised will support the sanctuary, a non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, protection, and rehabilitation of neglected and unwanted donkeys, mules, and hinnies.

Primrose relies on donations and volunteers to support their cause and raise awareness about the mistreatment of these animals.
