Statesmanship: Pakistan, Global Peace Builder

Gratitude flows to the Almighty for granting Pakistan a stature and respect on the world stage that seemed a distant dream only recently. Despite grappling with internal challenges, economic pressures, external threats, terrorism and political instability, Pakistan has emerged as a dignified, influential and decisive global power.

Such moments are rare — when a nation, despite its own difficulties, plays a pivotal role in averting a major international crisis. Today, Pakistan has done precisely that. This achievement is more than a diplomatic success; it is the culmination of a long intellectual, ideological and national journey. Its foundations were laid by Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, enriched by Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s vision and strengthened by subsequent leaderships. The Ideology of Pakistan gave the country not just a geography but a higher purpose and responsibility. Today, that responsibility is being fulfilled in the cause of global peace.

The feat is all the more remarkable because Pakistan achieved it amid serious domestic challenges — economic strain, inflation, financial difficulties, political divisions and security concerns. These pressures could have diverted any nation’s attention, yet Pakistan prioritised global peace and demonstrated responsible statesmanship.
