Video footage was discovered on which bar staff at a Norwich venue observed a man kissing and fondling a girl who was “very obviously a person under the age of 16” in an encounter lasting 30 minutes.
After the incident on December 12 last year he had later sent a series of text messages apologising for his behaviour.

Stone, of Rushmore Close in Norwich, had previously pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child.
The court heard his offence was categorised as “high culpability" and a “serious abuse of trust”.
It was aggravated by a previous jail sentence in 2015 for possession of indecent images of children and two subsequent breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
Appearing at Norwich Crown Court he had been told the offence carries a sentence of up to three years.
At a previous hearing he had appeared in the dock carrying an overnight bag in the expectation he could be sent to prison.

Recorder Michael Turner sentenced him to 16 months but suspended the jail term for two years.
He ordered he complete 10 days rehabilitation to address his offending, 200 hours unpaid work and 26 days alcohol abstinence monitoring.
He was placed on the sex offenders’ register for 10 years and made subject of a new SHPO lasting until 2031 banning unsupervised contact with children.
The order also prohibits him from entering into any intimate personal relationship with a parent who has a child under 16 unless he informs police or public protection offender managers of the details within three days.
