Kayla Dandelske suffers from mental health issues, and was caught self harming with a knife at Blue Boar Lane Tesco in Norwich.

Norwich Crown Court heard following the incident in June last year the 37-year-old was found with a knife at hospital where she was taken by police.

When spoken to by police Dandelske said she carried knives for her own........
