The body of Henry Hammerton, 23, was found on Bullard Road in Norwich, on February 11.

Following the discovery, police arrested a man in his 30s and woman in her 40s on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.

The man answers bail later this month, while no further action is being taken against the woman.

A second man was being sought in connection with his death but police have now called off the search following........
