Christopher Brookes, 58, of no fixed abode, moored his Coronet Family 24 motor cruiser named Fleuron within the navigation area of the Broads on March 27 without paying the appropriate toll to the Broads Authority.
He moored it by the Reedcutter pub at Cantley.
Speaking at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court, he said he offered to pay what he could afford but could not pay the amount the........
