Now animal lovers are hoping the gentle youngster can find a forever home with other pets after showing she feels safer around animals than people.
Yara, rescued from Romania by Great Yarmouth based charity Safe Rescue For Dogs, is currently being fostered in Norfolk while she waits for a permanent family.
