Man charged after spate of thefts and burglaries |
David Smith, 45, from Norwich, has been charged with seven counts of theft from a shop, two counts of burglary and one count of burglary with intent to steal.
Vapes, meat and household goods were among the items stolen in seven shop thefts between September 23 and October 9.
