Delays on major road due to Storm Goretti flooding |
There is deep water on the A146 near Highways Garden and Leisure Centre.
This is causing delays as far back as Thurton.
The flooding is passable, but traffic is moving very slowly as cars have to pass on the wrong side of the road.........
