Homeless man twice kicked man in the head when he started rummaging through his bag |
Daniel Cook, 29, was living on the streets of Norwich after he left Teesside having been arrested for assaulting a police officer.
Matthew Hopkins, prosecuting, told Teesside Crown Court said Cook was outside a pub when a man started rifling through his bags.
He said: “The man took a boxing glove out of his bag and the defendant reacted by kicking him in the face.
“They went to the floor where the defendant punched the victim, the man tried to return the boxing glove but the defendant........
