Developer submits new plans to double number of new homes

The revised plans would see the conversion of four office units in Thorpe Road converted into four two-bed homes.

Previous plans, which were approved by Norwich City Council in April 2021, were to convert the site into just two homes.

However the applicant, RWD Holdings, is hoping to add two more dwellings.
