Council rule on bid to convert empty office block into home

Norwich City Council approved plans to change the use of the building at the end of Grapes Hill from an office unit to a home.

It means the site, next to the Cloud Coffee Bar and opposite Sith Tattoo and Piercing Studio, will be transformed into a three-bed house.
