Norwich City Council has lodged its proposal to upgrade Sloughbottom Park in Mile Cross by creating an all-weather pitch and new sports facilities.
It is the first phase of the multi-million-pound scheme, which will also upgrade the BMX track, create a new café, add a destination play area and repair paths.
