Plans have been lodged to turn the former Barclays building in Bridge Street, Thetford, into nine flats with additional space for a new shop, restaurant or café.

The branch closed in 2022 due to a drop in the number of customers coming into the store.

The planning application will be considered by Breckland Council in due course.
