Museum to undergo major transformation after £91.2 million donation

The Sainsbury Centre in Norwich has been given the grant by Lord David Sainsbury through his charitable foundation, Gatsby, marking one of the largest gifts ever given to a UK museum.

The funding will support a significant refurbishment of the Grade II listed building as it approaches its 50th anniversary.
