Loud bang over Norwich as 'sonic boom' leaves windows rattling

The loud bang was heard over the city centre at around 4.30pm on Monday.

It came while jets were flying overhead - but none of the aircraft were visible on Flight Radar.

One woman who works in the city centre said: "I sit near the window and suddenly we heard a loud bang. It felt like something had crashed into the building and the windows were shaking.
