Metin Myumyu and Sasha Hill, who previously ran Soyokaze in St Giles Street, have launched a new ramen pop-up at the site, which they rebranded into Chia earlier this year.

Mr Myumyu said: “We received floods of messages from customers who were gutted to see us close the restaurant.

“Soyokaze had been in Norwich for more than eight years.

“We are bringing back our authentic ramen to the city every Friday and Saturday night starting on December 5.
