Planners for Norwich City Council have given the greenlight for a refurbishment of the offices at Bowthorpe Hall in NR5, which were built in the 1980s.

The modern part of the hall where the alterations are being carried out was built when the building was known as the Bell Music School.

The current office space was owned by a housing association for 15 years before it was purchased by Village........
