Fallen tree leads to 'severe' flooding amid Storm Goretti |
The flooding, which occurred near Framingham Pigot, forced motorists travelling northbound to navigate driving on the opposite side of the road to avoid the water.
A commuter traveling into Norwich on Friday morning described the scene as "severely flooded" and that it brough traffic to a standstill.
