City folk slam 'horrendous' plans for homes at garage site |
Neighbours living near Clancy Road, near Mousehold Heath, where Orwell Housing Association wants to build eight affordable homes, want to see the plans scrapped.
They are worried the homes - if approved - will lower the value of their property and result in noise disturbances.
