Bungalow development plan refused for the SEVENTH time

Mike Austin Senior put forward proposals for the site in September, hoping Broadland District Council would allow him to build a bungalow on the land next to 60 Russell Avenue in Sprowston.

His plans outlined details for a two-bedroom bungalow with two parking spaces on the land wedged between two other properties.
