Frustration mounts over railway station where passengers cannot get to platform

Passengers with mobility issues have long been frustrated that there is no step-free access to platform two - the southbound platform - at Wymondham Railway Station.

That platform can only be reached via a narrow Victorian footbridge, so disabled passengers are forced to use the other platform to catch a train northwards to Norwich, so they can change at the city in order to catch a train which is travelling southwards.
