Firm loses costs bid against woman who said colleagues bet on who would bed her first
Molly Craigie took Norwich-based East Anglia Home Improvements to an employment tribunal saying she had been "singled out" and "sexualised" after she began working for the business.
Miss Craigie lost her case for constructive dismissal on a legal technicality after a hearing in June, although she was awarded £4,775 in holiday pay.
Now the firm has been told its application for £7,500 costs against Miss Craigie has also been thrown out by the same judge because it was made after a 28-day deadline had elapsed.
In a letter to the court referred to in its latest judgement, East Anglia's counsel said: "The claimant from the outset has tried to manipulate........
