At the heart of everything is the City of Literature Weekend, which returns to Norwich this month with a packed programme of talks, workshops and events celebrating the power of storytelling.

Alongside the weekend’s big ideas and well‑known voices, there are plenty of opportunities to discover new books, meet writers and make time for reading and writing in more intimate settings – from cosy book clubs and independent bookshop events to relaxed weekly writing spaces.

Room to Write is a weekly writing space for budding writers to come together and build their practice, whatever their level of experience.
