Morgan Reeve was jailed for seven years after scamming more than £1.5 million from investors.

He used investments from 19 victims to fund his luxury lifestyle and addiction to casinos and online gambling.

Many of those who entrusted him with savings were retired people from Norwich, King’s Lynn, Hunstanton and Wisbech wanting to boost their pension or provide for their children and grandchildren.

Reeve, 26, of Wodehouse Road in Old Hunstanton, was found guilty of 19 counts of fraud by false representation between 2018 and 2021.

Reeve was jailed for seven years for his offences, with Judge Andrew Shaw saying his “single-minded pursuit of wealth came without a moral compass”.
