New Delhi: The Delhi High Court saw a major development in the ongoing dispute over the will of the late Sunjay Kapur. Priya Kapur’s defence team strongly challenged the claims made by Karisma Kapoor and her children, exposing their case as based on speculation and contradictions.
The defence presented a detailed digital trail and multiple affidavits backing the authenticity of the Will, which Sunjay Kapur had executed correctly before his passing. This hearing added fresh clarity in this high-stakes inheritance battle involving assets worth thousands of crores.
On day three of the Delhi High Court hearing, Priya Kapur’s legal team systematically dismantled allegations brought by Karisma Kapoor’s children, challenging the will of their late father, Sunjay Kapur. The defence presented an unbroken chain of strong evidence, including digital records from the laptop of Nitin Sharma, who drafted and witnessed the Will, emails, metadata, affidavits, and travel logs. These records showed the Will’s creation, modification, and proper execution, eliminating claims of any forgery or tampering.
